Message: “Hypocrisy” from Michael Daling

We would have gotten it wrong…in fact, it is our sin too that nailed our Lord to that cross. But we can face that reality because Jesus lived and died in our place. The song we sang earlier points to that reality that the king who made the sun and the moon and shining stars let the soldiers hold to nail him down so that he could save them. It is good news to you this morning that Jesus uncovers the reality of your heart. You are far more sinful than you think…but you are more loved than you can possibly imagine. You can know that good news for certain this morning because Jesus lived and died in your place. We must not pretend to submit to God. Because of Jesus…you don’t have to.
