The Compassionate and Satisfying King
Sometimes we look around and wonder why God allows certain things to happen. It causes us to wonder if he really cares or not. If you are wondering what God is like or who he is…look at Jesus. Jesus steps off the boat and doesn’t see people getting in the way of what he wanted…he is filled with compassion because of their need. His body weary, in the grief of losing his friend, and knowing what was coming…he gives himself. He spends his time providing for every need. If God went to these lengths to show his compassion, why would you ever think that he is weary with you…or would withhold something from you?
